Refund policy

At GDEUXM, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

We do, however, offer size exchanges for eligible items.

To be approved for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In its original condition

• With all original tags attached

If you need to request a size exchange, please email info@gdeuxm.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The size you received

• The size you would like to exchange for

Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved by management, the item must be shipped back and received/scanned into our warehouse within 3–5 business days.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed and your new item will be shipped out.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• Items that do not meet exchange requirements may be denied and returned to sender
